Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Alchemist Crystal.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Alchemist Crystals, accessible from alchemistcrystal.com
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
After you place an order with Alchemist Crystal, we will send you an email to confirm and verify your purchase.
- For Orders within India: If you respond to this email within 2 days, confirming your interest, we will proceed with shipping your order. If we do not receive a response within 2 days, we will automatically ship the order to ensure timely delivery.
- For Orders Outside India: Customers residing outside India will be given a 4-day window to respond to the confirmation email. If we do not receive a response within 4 days, we will proceed to ship the order automatically.
Please note that once your order has been shipped by our courier partner, it cannot be canceled. We encourage you to verify your purchase promptly to avoid any delays or complications.
Conditions for Returns
For Orders within India:
- The goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
- The goods are in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be included with the return.
For Orders Outside India:
- Currently, we do not process returns for orders purchased from outside India. At Alchemist Crystal, we ensure that your goods are delivered in the best condition through a rigorous quality check process. However, we offer the following option:
- You must record a video of the unboxing process. If the product is damaged right out of the box, we will issue a refund excluding the shipping and payment gateway charges. You do not need to return the parcel.
- The refund amount, whatever it may be, will be processed within 10 days of receiving the unboxing video and will be issued through PayPal.
- If you do not have a video of the unboxing, you are not eligible for a refund.
Reward Programs:
We often run reward campaigns where we offer cashback for a limited to our consumer and following are conditions that is directly related to return and refund policy:
- If you claim the cashback before the return/refund of the product is over (this period begins from the date you receive the product), then you lose your eligibility for returning the product as well as refund.
- For example: Let’s say Neha order Green Aventurine Bracelet and she found Cashback steps in the box. Now, if Neha claims this cashback before 7-days of return/refund period, she now can not return the product and get any refund.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:
