Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

SHIPPING 

All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or call. 

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER 

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. 

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS 

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us. 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES 

https://alchemistcrystal.com/ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities. 

RETURN REQUEST DAYS 

Alchemist Crystal allows you to return items within 7 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, all items included in the original package must be returned. Additionally, you must record a video of the unboxing process as soon as you receive the parcel. This video will serve as proof that the items were received in their original condition.

OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS 

At Alchemist Crystal, we strive to keep our inventory updated and accurate. However, in the rare event that an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we will notify you promptly via email. You will be provided with the following options:

  1. Substitute with a Similar Item: If available, you can choose to replace the out-of-stock item with a similar product of equal value.
  2. Wait for Restock: If the item is expected to be restocked soon, you may choose to wait. We will provide you with an estimated restock date.
  3. Full Refund: If you prefer not to wait or substitute, you can opt for a full refund for the out-of-stock item.
